Waarom getextureerd polyester anders aanvoelt
Waar standaard polyester paracord een merkbaar ruwer oppervlak heeft dan nylon, zorgt het texturatieproces bij deze lijn voor een zachter gevoel van het garen, wat het prettiger maakt om mee te knopen, terwijl de slijtage- en UV-bestendigheid van polyester behouden blijft.
Goed om te weten
Polyester-paracord kan door de andere chemische samenstelling niet aan nylon-paracord worden gelast. De treksterkte van deze lijn is niet vastgesteld en moet niet direct vergeleken worden met onze standaard nylon Type III.
